As a Welcome Crew team member, you will be valued for your collaborative approach to service and your ability to connect with a diverse network of clients and staff. As the 'face of our firm' and our world class facilities in our Barangaroo office, this multifaceted role is more than a traditional Reception position. You will be working collaboratively with your peers to manage all aspects of client and staff bookings, new and visiting staff members, events and daily catering requirements. In collaboration with the team, you will work a rostered shift between the hours of 7:00am - 7:00pm, demonstrating flexibility to support some of our major firm events.

You have demonstrated experience working in a commercial setting in a service centric position? you've supported events and catering, managed room bookings and created a welcoming environment at every touch point. An energetic, motivated individual that demonstrates passion for the delivering of an exceptional customer experience. You have an ability to find the solution and love to work with your colleagues to achieve it.
