Our team is committed to safety and the achievement of production targets and low cost mining.This role will be accountable for training, coaching and mentoring and will based on the below equipment:

  • Excavators

–O&K RH340, Liebherr 994, Hitachi EX1900

  • Face

Shovels –, Liebherr 996,

Cat 980-992-994 Loaders, Cat D11-10 Dozers, and Cat 24m -16 Graders and 793 D Haul trucks

  • Cert

IV in Training and Assessing

  • Compliance

understanding of paperwork and Lifecycle of a document

  • Proven

computer literacy

  • Experience

in training and developing mining personnel

  • Experience

in Operating, Training, Coaching and Mentoring employees at a high

performance level whilst maintaining strong safety standards on the below

equipment

  • Experience

in open cut mining operations

  • A

current driver's license are essential
