Job Expectations

This is a Security DevOps opportunity where we are looking for multiple infrastructure security knowledge and experience across different platforms and technologies.

The Network and Engineering Operations group has assessed the need for a Network Security and Risk function to exist under the Network Assurance process to manage the security risk of all the services and devices that the Network and Service Operations group is accountable for. As part of this function, one of the key controls for risk management on the network is the ability for us to be able to manage various security controls and detection capabilities across a variety of different data sources and systems.

The Specialist will also be responsible for ensuring all the necessary security controls and processes are maintained and in place and are being adhered to by the various teams across NBN.  The Specialist will need to work closely with stakeholders throughout the business on ensuring that all security controls and capability is operational and being delivered. The incumbent will also be required to perform regular review of logs and other information sources to ensure the various security controls are operating as intended.
