About the role
The role of Team Assistant is vital to the ensuring optimum team performance through effective and efficient administration support.
This role sits within the Technology of AMP and supports the Central Run, Platform Services and Enterprise Release teams, comprising of around 200 staff, both onshore and offshore.
This is a highly administrative role, with duties including;
- Event coordination including travel bookings, catering, venue coordination,
- Staff onboarding, offboarding and transfers
- Operational Reporting
- Excellent attention to detail
- Highly organised
- Process improvement mindset
- Team player
Skills & Experience
- Two or more years’ experience in a team assistant role
- Advanced in Microsoft Office suite
