Sitting within the larger Wealth Management & Professional Services Talent Acquisition team, we are responsible for recruiting the people who will develop and deploy the risk frameworks and strategies to allow the Group to take conscious exposures to credit, market, operational, compliance and insurance risks within a Group approved appetite.

This fantastic 12 month opportunity will see you partner with Risk Management Teams across the Bank to execute our talent strategy with a focus on building proactive sourcing strategies and a strong employer brand while utilising the best tools, systems and technology to ensure we attract and appoint world class talent to the Group.

You will deliver value through:

With so many stakeholders some tough and challenging conversations are inevitable, so you’ll need to be confident in defining and clarifying business requirements. But you’ll be prepared as you identify and implement a variety of bespoke sourcing channels, attracting and pipelining talent to meet the businesses' current and future workforce needs. You’ll have strong stakeholder/relationship management skills, combined with a strong service & accountability mindset, and is someone who takes the initiative, drives results and aligns to our Candidate Charter.

We like our Talent Acquisition Partners to ideally have a strong mix of agency and inhouse experience from a Financial Services, Professional Services, and/or a Corporate environment, and of course know how to source and attract the best talent in those markets.
