Come and be a part of this success.Reporting to the Superintendent Field Maintenance, you will be leading a team of maintainers who are responsible for looking after a large fleet of excavators (400 – 800t class), electric rope shovels and blast drills. This position is based at Mt Arthur Coal Mine Site and is being offered on a 4 panel 24/7 rotating roster (2/3/3/2 pattern).

In this role you will lead a team to support the delivery of the business plan by safe and efficient execution of the weekly work schedule and break-in work in accordance with the Work Management (WM) Process, applying precision maintenance, providing quality feedback and effective troubleshooting to minimise downtime, eliminate defects and waste.
