Reporting to the Manager Production Overburden, this challenging role will see the successful candidate provide direction and leadership to a large team supporting the truck, shovel and excavator fleet at Mt Arthur Coal. With the Production Supervisors as the direct reports, the whole team comprises of a workforce of approx. 250 personnel, representing a great career opportunity to develop a strong performance culture and deliver on results. Previous experience in leading a large team, building a positive workplace culture and working in an open cut environment will see you well placed for success.About you
You will also have strong engagement and influencing skills and you will be a people focused and collaborative leader. You will use your abilities to manage your staff and the plan on a daily basis. As the successful applicant, you will also:
