Here’s where you come in…

The Strategic Acquisition Manager is responsible for increasing AustralianSuper's membership base through the optimisation of direct and affiliate channels. Your stated goal will be to maximise market penetration, while developing strategies for new channels and partnership. Your remit will include ensuring that the acquisition strategy is driven through consistent targeting and messaging to deliver a differentiated value proposition to prospects. A key requirement is the ability to create and lead end-to-end Go to Market strategies for the B2C channels, although experience in B2B will be considered.

You’ll need…

Strong relationship management skills, and the ability to establish true partnerships with external and internal stakeholders. An established sales/strategy professional, you have a background in executing end-to-end Go to Market strategies, and a thorough knowledge of business development and sales strategy best practice. A proactive self-starter, you are now looking for an opportunity to establish the growth strategy whilst taking accountability for transparent growth targets. A candidate with additional experience in commercial partnership development would be highly desirable.

In conjunction with our Analytics and Insights team, you will adopt an evidence based approach in conducting feasibility analyses; scoping; identifying and strategically targeting growth areas and opportunity sizes in market segments. Having communicated the strategies to key internal support teams (including Marketing and Stakeholder teams), you will ensure execution delivery is met by establishing appropriate performance metrics, and presenting results to senior management.
