Exp : 1 -3  years


  • DHCP , VPN software , NETBIOS , & Servers installation and troubleshooting , Windows Desktops and OS troubleshooting.
  • Capability to provide Hands and Feet Support as an when needed.
  • Is able to take instructions from various resolver groups on the phone and is able to fix issues remotely for the users.
  • Servers installation and troubleshooting;

  • Good Communication skills because support is expected done remotely as well.
  • Good knowledge and experience on Windows Desktops & Servers installation and troubleshooting.
  • Network troubleshooting that includes DNS, DHCP & NETBIOS
  • Good knowledge on MS Office tools installation & troubleshooting.
  • Good knowledge on tools such as antivirus, browser, VPN software etc
  • Prior working knowledge to deal with B2C clients.
