Service Manager, NSW
Mobility is the goal
We have an opportunity for an experienced Service Manager to join our team based in Sydney. As a Service Manager, you will be responsible for the daily management of Field Technicians in ensuring that all maintenance and repairs are completed to 100% in accordance with all safety and quality procedures. You will also be responsible for driving consistent and reliable financial performance.

To be considered for this role you will need to demonstrate:
- Proven experience in driving business growth and minimising labour costs
- Strong administration, organisation and delegation ability, with proven ability to coordinate manpower to fulfil 100% of the job requirements
- Strong communication skills across various levels both internally and externally
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to engage and build a motivated team
- Ability to work with a variety of internal stakeholders and a broader team
- A high level understanding of forecasting, budgeting and contract administration is essential
- A degree, diploma or trade qualification in building, engineering, electrical or mechanical disciplines will be highly regarded
