Service Manager, NSW

Mobility is the goal
We have an opportunity for an experienced Service Manager to join our team based in Sydney. As a Service Manager, you will be responsible for the daily management of Field Technicians in ensuring that all maintenance and repairs are completed to 100% in accordance with all safety and quality procedures. You will also be responsible for driving consistent and reliable financial performance.

Mobility needs you
To be considered for this role you will need to demonstrate:



  • Proven experience in driving business growth and minimising labour costs
  • Strong administration, organisation and delegation ability, with proven ability to coordinate manpower to fulfil 100% of the job requirements
  • Strong communication skills across various levels both internally and externally
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to engage and build a motivated team
  • Ability to work with a variety of internal stakeholders and a broader team
  • A high level understanding of forecasting, budgeting and contract administration is essential
  • A degree, diploma or trade qualification in building, engineering, electrical or mechanical disciplines will be highly regarded
