About the role
In this role you will act as Product Subject Matter Expert (SME) on Regulatory and Compliance projects. You will need to have expert knowledge of the product portfolio, with a focus on wrap platforms, within the Superannuation, Retirement & Investment team. The role will have a strong advisory / consulting focus at project inception and throughout the project lifecycle.
Product knowledge -
Expert knowledge of the wrap product portfolio within the Superannuation, Retirement & Investment team coupled with an ability to translate complex detail into relatable scenarios for stakeholders.
Business Acumen -
Understanding of economic, financial, market, industry trends and an ability to apply this to the Regulatory and Compliance environment.
Makes data-based decisions -
Ability to interpret and analyse relevant data to diagnose issues, trends and emerging problems and initiating actions prior to the execution of tasks.
Application of advanced analytical skills balanced with an appreciation of the practical and commercial issues of the implementation of a program or initiative.
In addition to the above capabilities, the successful candidate should also be able to demonstrate an excellent level of competency in the following areas:
- Stakeholder management at all levels.
- Financial Products and Services.
- Regulatory and Compliance environments within Financial Services.
- Project delivery (Agile and Waterfall environments).
- 5-7 years’ experience in working in Wealth Management with a focus on wrap platforms.
