Senior Marketing Manager - nbn Migrations

We have a fantastic position available for someone to join our team and take responsibility to make strategic recommendations which will optimize our campaign performance. This campaign is critical in helping to move our customers from Optus legacy Fixed networks to the nbnTM network.

A day in the life of the Senior Marketing Manager will include but not be limited to creating strategies to ensure amazing campaign performance and more importantly, customer experience. Ensure our agreed revenue targets are met and building solutions in place to reduce revenue leakage, speaking and liaising with senior stakeholders on behalf of our leadership team and leading and mentoring Marketing Executives in the team.

This is very much an end to end position, which will see you get hands-on to create Marketing strategies to satisfy our campaign for nbntm migrations.

Who we're looking for

A go-getter with a passion for high performing results and outcomes, you will be self-motivated, but also someone who is open to learning and growing.

Pivotal to this role is coming from a background in people management, and leading marketing strategies.

To be successful, you will display reasonable experience in the following:

  • Experience creating the strategy and leading the execution of customer marketing campaigns
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to analyse and identify issues or areas of improvement
  • Strong experience managing multiple complex deliverables
  • Experience in proactively creating your own pipeline of solutions. Can you look at a project/problem and proactively create solutions?
  • Must have experience working with direct customer portfolios, which would have seen you have direct access to customer data and use that data to drive outcomes
  • Must have experience working with senior stakeholders, and the ability to independently run your own meetings with these senior stakeholders
