The Sydney Real Estate team is led by partners Virginia Briggs, David McElhone, Elias Stephen, Jakob Paartalu and Julie Purbrick. The team offers a comprehensive range of property-related legal services for developers, investors, owners, landlords, property funds managers and listed property trusts.
In this role, you will work predominantly with Elias Stephen and his team who are sought out for their experience in advising on some of the largest and most complex real estate transactions. Elias has a particular focus on property acquisitions, disposals and developments working with national and international industry leading real estate trusts, investors and developers.
As a member of our award winning, dynamic and highly collaborative team you will have the opportunity to work with other highly specialised lawyers in the areas of sale and acquisition of commercial, industrial and retail properties and high-value property developments.
We would like to hear from Senior Associates who are experienced and interested in the following range of work:
- acquisitions and disposals of real estate assets
- major development and infrastructure projects
- urban renewal projects
- hotel transactions
- leasing of commercial, industrial and retail property
- general commercial advice work and contract drafting
