About the Role

We are looking for motivated, sales focused individuals to join Connectnow.  You will be working within a high performing, fast paced, energetic team environment. Handing calls from all over Australia, you will be providing exceptional customer service and providing solution based sales to customers

We see ourselves as a different type of call centre with state of the art technology, central, purpose built CBD location and no AHT.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ability to sell a portfolio of products and services to remove the stress for individuals who are moving house
  • Ensure that all regulatory and compliance requirements are met during the act of transacting sales and providing customer service
  • Deliver to agreed KPI's and service levels
  • Actively participate in team discussions, meetings and other team forums, to impart insights and generally contribute to peer knowledge and enthusiasm Achieving Sales targets (and in doing so access uncapped commissions)

About you

  • Ability to work on a rotating roster – Monday to Friday between 8am – 8pm & some Saturdays between 8am – 1pm 
  • Customer service and sales or account management skills
  • Ability to build rapport with our customers
  • Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
  • Sales results and target oriented
