As the new RSP Product Enablement Manager, you will ensure that Retail Service Providers (RSPs) are adopting, productising, promoting, and selling the full suite of nbn’s business products and services.
To achieve this, you will take ownership of the establishment and tracking of RSPs’ nbn business product and service roadmaps, and act as the voice-of-the-customer for business product needs to help shape industry demand for nbn led product initiatives.
This highly-visible position will see you engaging with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders, and give you the opportunity to play a key role in supporting RSP’s to productise nbn products and services.
A bit about your role
- Ensuring that RSPs are actively adopting, productising, promoting, and selling the full suite of nbn products and services to allow the sales team to confidently sell nbn’s products and services widely through the RSPs
- Tracking and proactive management of the product roadmap development of all business RSPs across all nbn business products and services
- Developing and executing of a business enablement framework that includes a business enablement fund supporting all stages of the RSP enablement process
- Managing Business RSP engagement within nbn’s product development forum framework
- Proactively overcoming issues and streamlining the roadmap development for RSPs
A bit about you
To be successful in this role, you should have a Product Management background with a deep understanding of the full product lifecycle process, preferably within an RSP or telecommunications environment.
Using your advanced communication skills, you would be adept at operating in a competitive market and developing new business opportunities with RSPs by strategically presenting nbn’s products and services. You will require the ability to develop value propositions in customer terms for nbn products and services. You would also be a confident relationship builder who can engage with stakeholders at all levels.
A technical pre-sales knowledge of telecommunication products and services would be advantageous but not a pre-requisite for applying.
