Come and be a part of this success.As a specialist in our global resourcing team, you will be responsible for collaborating closely with our line managers to create a high performance culture by proactively identifying, sourcing and enabling selection of diverse talent. Your previous experience in resourcing and talent sourcing will see you develop highly effective relationships and innovative sourcing strategies to identify and engage with candidates, and succeed in managing candidate relationships and talent communities for future opportunities. You will work with a large and diverse team of resourcing professionals across the globe to ensure the candidate and line leader experience is exceptional
You will have had prior experience in a resourcing and talent sourcing position with sound business acumen. This will be paired with your exemplary communication, judgement and influencing skills to coach and influence stakeholders in relation to selection decisions. Your experience in proactive candidate sourcing skills using various methods such as online tools, talent search, phone screening, psychometric testing, as well as experience in behavioral and competency based interviewing techniques, will put you in good stead to work in a fast-paced environment. You will be able to handle multiple roles at varying stages of a process and perform all resourcing process steps within the global Applicant Tracking System with a high degree of technical competency. Lastly, you will be motivated towards continuous improvement for the resourcing and on-boarding process, to enable simplification, efficiency and effectiveness of the function.
