Reporting to the Superintendent Fixed Plant Reliability Maintenance, this Reliability Engineer role is part of our South Flank reliability team and will develop, deploy, and continuously improve electrical maintenance work management strategies for Fixed Plant equipment. Ensure compliance to work plans, statutory and legislative requirements and provide organisational governance in the application of 1SAP processes and promote understanding and compliance to 1SAP principles.
You will develop and implement Reliability Centred Maintenance (RCM) work strategies onsite for the fixed plant, to conduct root cause failure analysis investigations, to initiate engineering requests to the engineering function to conduct defect elimination projects and to provide expert resources to the engineering function for the development of maintainability and reliability specifications for electrical equipment. You will also look after electrical equipment reliability, reviewing maintenance strategies, and working with Asset integration team to review master data.
To be our preferred candidate, you must be a degree qualified Electrical Engineer and we are looking for someone with solid reliability engineering experience in the resources industry ideally on fixed plant equipment.
You should have great stakeholder management skills and ideally you will have experience in maintenance strategies, continuous improvements, lean methodologies, standardised work, and 1SAP. **What we offer you

This role will be based in our Perth office initially for a minimum of 6 months and then transition to a fly in fly out basis to our South Flank site on a 5:2 4:3 FIFO roster. During your time in the Perth office, site travel will be required.
