Come and be a part of this success. We are seeking a Reliability Engineer to join the Maintenance Department on site at Mt Arthur Coal, working a on a Monday to Friday roster. Reporting to a Maintenance Analysis and Improvement (A&I) Superintendent, this role will provide you with ideal career development and growth opportunities across the wider BHP Group.

As part of a small yet highly collaborative team, you will work with both internal and external stakeholders on key projects. You will draw on your technical capabilities and data analysis experience to deliver safe, productive and cost effective equipment performance. • Committed to managing health & safety, with a proven ability to achieve superior results.
• Highly engaged and collaborative with a commitment to build mutually beneficial relationships across functional teams.
• Experienced within the fields of Mobile or Fixed Plant Maintenance, with a Trade or Engineering Qualification.
• Skilled in leading root cause analysis activities to improve plant and equipment performance.
• Well-developed communication skills, with an ability to work across various stakeholders.
