As the new Relationship Executive for Central Victoria you will play a vital role, managing and cultivating a commercial banking portfolio. Based from Ballarat, you will be responsible for relationship management of our current customers and improving long-lasting relationships with a strong focus on seeking out new-to-bank opportunities with diversified customers.
You will play a meaningful role in our Ballarat RAB team. With your consistent record of customer engagement and sales ability to attract new clients you will be a key part of our growth.
The Relationship Executive role is important to ensuring the team in Ballarat continues to build its capability, market presence and we meet our goal of supporting our clients and the local economies of central Victoria.

The Relationship Executive position is a key role within the RAB business. Our teams are based in over seventy centres across Australia and our business offering is key to supporting a diverse range of businesses across Australia. We are looking for someone who thrives in an exciting environment and shares our real passion for innovation and continuously improving what we do and how we support regional economies and communities across Australia. You will be able to demonstrate previous experience within business banking environments and the skills to develop a strong local strategic plan, and direct your team to success. Strong knowledge of the region and the opportunities around Ballarat with commercial customers is preferred.
