Our Property team

Our market leading Property team advises major institutional property investors and developers on all facets of commercial, retail and residential property including due diligences, acquisitions, disposals, development and leasing.

We currently have an opportunity for a Registration Clerk to join our Property Group, supporting a team of paralegals.

Your role

Some of your responsibilities will include:

  • attending to registration of land registry documents for each State
  • preparing letters and sending registered documents to clients
  • stamping dutiable documents as a self assessor for Office of State Revenue
  • scanning documents into our conveyancing database
  • archiving files
  • general administrative tasks.
