About the role

 

 

 

Laing O'Rourke is recruiting for a Quantity Surveyor for a major Infrastructure project based in Sydney, NSW.

 

 

 

Key responsibilities

 

 

 

You will be responsible the preparation and agreement of variations and review of contractual obligations.

 

 

You will have

 

 

 

Tertiary qualifications in Commercial Law, Quantity Surveying or Engineering and have experience working in similar roles.

 

You will also possess comprehensive knowledge of the principles and practices of contract management, program financial management, risk and opportunity management, performance reporting, budget preparation and administration.
