Our Business Fulfilment team helps customers to achieve their personal and business aspirations by consistently delivering NAB products and quality service. They are focused on enabling our Bankers to spend more time with our customers while they support lending requirements from the backend.
On a day to day basis some of your responsibilities will include:
- Communicating with the Business Banking team to keep them appropriately informed on their customer activities
- Coordinating document printing, checking and collating
- Arranging drawdown via existing processes
- Coordinating and controlling both purchase and discharge settlements
