In this exciting and challenging opportunity, you will be working closely with our Environment, Power and Industrial (EPI) leadership team and the Associate Director – Business Development and Marketing for Southern Australia. This is a relationship driven role for a motivated professional who can help drive strategies for positioning and growth including key client programs, pursuit positioning and brand profiling activities internally and externally.
You will work on a broad range of innovative marketing initiatives that help drive and deliver the business strategy. You’ll have the opportunity to drive EPI marketing activities and work on broader business campaigns in collaboration with the Southern marketing team to help position AECOM as a leader in the market.

Some of your responsibilities will include:
Drive external profiling plans including thought leadership in collaboration with the communications team
Improve AECOM sector specific branding through regular social media, thought leadership articles and development of content for AECOM client publications in collaboration with the communications team
Identify, maximise and execute targeted client and industry events, including thought leadership seminars
Work with communications team to identify and drive communication and media opportunities for key thought leaders
Help develop and execute brand position and profile strategy including campaign programs
Manage the development of other targeted marketing collateral as required
Degree qualified in marketing or similar discipline
3+ years’ experience in a B2B or professional services environment with demonstrated success in a similar or related role
Demonstrated ability to build strong client relationships, gain trust, and support senior leaders in environments with pressing delivery schedules
Excellent writing and editing skills with demonstrated experience in writing, proofing and editing marketing and communications materials
Strategic style creative thinker with hands-on approach and can-do attitude
