Cash-flow and Transaction Services (CTS) is comprised of seven areas: Commerce Solutions, Transaction Banking Solutions, Cash Management and Payment Solutions, Global Trade Finance, Chief Operating Office, Industry Solutions and Strategic Projects. These business areas develop and support products for working capital needs, drive transaction banking sales and drive growth in our trade finance and international payments business.
The Operational Risk and Controls team in CTS is a centralised Line 1 Operational Risk and Control team, which is embedded in the business area that they support – to provide deep understanding of their products and business objectives – to ensure there is effective oversight, governance and management of operational risks and controls across our CTS product management and sales teams, driving an uplift in the culture of operational risk.
Your impact & contribution:
You will be accountable for the development of the Risk Management culture of the Transaction Banking Solutions team. Our responsibilities include partnering with our CTS product management and sales teams to provide considered and framework-guided advice, support and advice on new product developments, and provide day-to-day risk guidance on business activities.
Your primary contribution will be to act as a partner to guide and advise the Transaction Banking Solutions team on how to best manage their Risk Management activities to support and achieve their business objectives. More specifically, you will:
