Join PwC’s Risk Assurance team as a Manager within Internal Audit and partner with clients to improve their risk profile by strengthening their internal controls and risk management processes.

The Risk Assurance team bring this to life by truly being a partner to clients and helping them ensure Internal Audit is aligned to the key strategies of the organization.

As the Manager your impact will be seen by working closely with Senior Managers and Partners to assess and ensure that policies, procedures and controls are in line with the clients risk appetite.

You will:

  • Assist in the development of risk management strategies and methodologies
  • Have an in-depth knowledge of market trends
  • Act as a mentor and leader to staff and help them with their career growth

About you

The brief is simple...

You have a solid background within Internal Audit and are capable of identifying priority areas of risk and process improvement by understanding the organisation's systems, objectives, risks, control framework and regulatory environment to prevent future loss.

You’re passionate about leadership and mentorship. The Manager will help team members grow and develop their Internal Audit skills. You thrive in a collaborative and innovative culture and want to join a firm that values problem solvers, the kind of people who reimagine the possible for their clients and key stakeholders.

Your colleagues can vouch that you:

  • Act with integrity and show care for the people you work with
  • Have 5-7 years of experience with controls within the role of an Internal Auditor
  • Lead clients through the development and execution of internal audit assurance activities
  • Technical skills in risk and business process reviews
  • Analyze internal controls to identify deficiencies, evaluate the risk implications, and take action to best advise clients
