Business & Private Banking (BPB) secures and enhances the financial well being of people, businesses and communities, particularly CBA's small and medium-sized enterprise clients, including in rural and regional areas, as well as the needs of CBA's online trading, broking and private banking clients.
Our Business Customer Solutions team supports the full spectrum of customers’ needs from the smallest businesses to the largest corporate's. We have accountability for Cash Management, Payments, Business Lending and Commerce Solutions as well as managing the end-to-end business customer experience. The team is also responsible for the delivery of analytical capabilities to support our business customers.
The purpose of the Commerce Solutions team is to be integral to the success of our clients by providing market leading commerce solutions that are seamless, intuitive and above all else secure.
About your role
Reporting to the Senior Manager – Portfolio Insights & Analytics your primary focus will be to assist our Commerce Solutions team in meeting its strategic objectives by creating valuable analytics and insights. Your will focus on identifying areas for improvement in each relationship, that increases productivity, performance and reduce overall risk and drive continuous improvement.
