The Opportunity

As a Manager in Independence, you will work with partners and staff on a broad range of matters, providing technical advice to the firm and its people, administering key compliance procedures, and working on team projects.

The role involves a great mix of dealing with people, policy and processes and you'll get plenty of variety and challenges to keep things interesting!

About you

The brief is simple...

You will need to have strong analytical skills and be able to think laterally to find constructive and pragmatic solutions. It's not essential that you have experience in independence, we will provide the necessary training.

You also need to:

  • Have a deep commitment to client service and building strong relationships;
  • Be able to quickly learn new skills and adapt to new ways of working;
  • Have excellent communication (both oral and written) skills;
  • Have strong attention to detail;
  • Have good project management skills;
  • Have a positive, proactive and professional approach.
