Our Finance Systems & Control team is responsible for the following centres of Excellence:

  • Support, maintenance, enhancement and leverage of global finance systems including PeopleSoft Financials, Accurate and apps
  • Systems Accounting of product systems to the general ledger, and reconciliation to GDW2.0
  • Automation of reconciliations in Accurate and on boarding reconciliations to FinOps
  • Manage finance reconciliation controls including Financial Controller and business operations reporting
  • Group and Business Unit specific management accounting reports including risk-adjusted profit and cost modelling
  • Enhancement and Migration of finance reporting and analytical capabilities to the Finance Services Portal (web-based and app).

Do work that matters:

You will play a key role in providing financial information across a range of the Groups Business Unit Segments, responsibilities include:

  • Delivering month end processing, reconciliations, journals and reporting
  • Acting as a point of contact for financial matters relating to IT&T recharges
  • Preparing monthly management reporting such as PACC for distribution to Business Units and Group Finance
  • Liaising with Business Unit contacts to source and manage revenue and expense allocations to products.
  • Performing reconciliations of monthly financial reports to the GL and other source data.
  • Posting monthly manual journals for certain Group Support & Business Units
  • Performing reconciliations of monthly financial reports to the GL and other source data.

We’re interested in hearing from people who have:

  • 3 years+ financial Services industry experience
  • Solid understanding of accounting principles, financial systems and control
  • Management accounting and/or cost modelling experience
  • Ability to handle and analyse large volumes of data
  • CA/CPA professional qualification
  • 1-3 years’ experience in a Financial / Management accounting role
