The role

We are currently seeking a Lawyer (3-4PQE) to join our Brisbane Public Sector team on a full time basis. This role will see you working closely with Jonathan Corby and Jamie Doran to put in place strategic relationships for clients including, procurement and infrastructure projects, joint ventures, negotiated M&A, manufacturing, licensing and distribution agreements, and regulatory advisory work to corporate and government.

Skills & Experience

To be successful in this role, you will have

  • Between 3-4 years PQE
  • Experience across a range of matters in a (preferably top tier) firm environment
  • Knowledge and experience in procurement, either corporate or public sector
  • Strong commercial drafting skills and a passion for innovative solutions
  • A proven track record of prioritising your time across a number of busy matters
  • The ability to work autonomously
  • A strong client service focus and work ethic
  • Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills, required for building client relationships and maintaining a positive team environment

In addition to this, we're looking for a resilient, self-starter. Someone who is able to work autonomously and is focused on attention to detail and providing an outstanding service to their clients.
