The Employment Legal team provides strategic advice to the Group about the full range of issues relating to employees and others working with the Group, and their employment or engagement arrangements. This extends to both non-contentious issues and disputed matters, including threatened and commenced legal proceedings.

The purpose of this role is to provide high quality legal services, including advice, transactional work, preparation of documents, legal negotiation and representation in the employment and industrial law area. This work will support both the Employment Legal team and the People Resolutions Officer on a shared basis.
