Enterprise Services (ES) is responsible for the world leading application of technology and operations across every aspect of CommBank, from innovative product platforms for our customers to essential tools within our business.
Within Enterprise Services, Group Operations ensures the origination, production, validation and fulfilment of all consumer and commercial financial transactions and trades on behalf of the Group. Group Lending Services is seeking to implement a major transformation which will migrate the operations from being people intensive to being technology intensive using leading edge technologies. This role will drive the technical and cultural implementation required.

The Automation and Transformation team plays a key role in deploying technologies that enable us to create experiences that our customers love. It helps to transform our operations businesses to achieve global best-practise by leveraging emerging digital and robotics technologies, such as Robotic Process Automation.
The Automation and Transformation team is responsible for deploying automation technologies and automating manual processes for the business to meet their performance objectives. As an Iteration Manager/Scrum Master, you will play a key role in facilitating progression within automation projects and be critically responsible for enabling the benefits of agile for all project and team members.
You will be part of a dynamic and exciting team focused on building out a new capability for Group Operations and CBA Group. You will help turn an idea into reality and transform a business into an exciting global leading practice leveraging smart machines and emerging digital and robotics technologies. You will contribute to an engaged team of results-driven, high performers focused on executing to high standards.
You will work with internal business partners around their operations to help automate and transform their processes and improve service quality for their operations to deliver excellent customer experiences.
