We're excited to announce that we have a newly created role as Digital Customer Manager (think desk based Account Manager roles) to join our newly formed Digital Customer Hub team. Based in Adelaide, this is a once in a lifetime opportunity to put your stamp on things in a dynamic, agile start-up environment. You'll take ownership of a dedicated portfolio of mid-market customers across sales and service and act as the customers' single point of contact. You'll identify and execute on sales opportunities through our Sales Specialist community or best of breed partner network, develop and deliver on a customer account plan and provide a high level of responsiveness to customers' sales and service requirements. Your success will be measured against achieving or exceeding sales, revenue and NPS targets.
We want to set you up for success so you'll have demonstrated business to business sales experience in the IT or ICT industry and are comfortable working in a desk based sales environment. An articulate and polished communicator, you are customer obsessed, are proactive in resolving customer issues and can balance the demands of both sales and service. Your challenger mindset, adaptable approach, strong stakeholder management skills and ability to drive outcomes in a virtual matrix environment are also just as important.
