We have an exciting opportunity for a Injury Management & Health Business Partner to join our People, Culture and Safety team.

Reporting to the Manager SHEQ & Wellbeing, you will be responsible for developing and implementing Unitywater’s workers compensation management and health programs. You will use your high level strategic and specialist skills to partner with internal and external stakeholders to reduce premium and claim costs, accelerate effective return to work and provide operational programmes to support a fit and healthy workforce.

Your past experience in leading illness and health management programs and initiatives, along with your ability to influence and negotiate positive outcomes will ensure your success in this role.

  • Tertiary qualifications in Health, Business or other relevant disciplines;
  • Proven experience in developing and executing injury management, return to work, workers compensation and health outcomes within a large corporation;
  • Proven and demonstrated experience leading illness management, health management and health programmes and initiatives;
  • Demonstrated strong stakeholder management and relationship building skills;
  • C Class drivers licence.
