About the role



Laing O'Rourke is recruiting a Human Capital Operations Manager (Shared Services) to lead our HC Shared Services team based in our head office North Sydney. 



Key responsibilities


You will be responsible for leading HR professionals providing HR advice and services to the business and Human Capital function.

This is an exciting time to join our Shared Services team as we transform our service offering, enhance our technologies and build self-serve content whilst also managing day to day enquiries in a changing fast-paced environment.


You will have



Tertiary qualifications majoring in human resources is essential with prior experience in a tiered shared services model across a multi-site operation managing a geographically dispersed team of varying abilities.
