As the Business Analyst – HFC Deployment, you will optimise and maintain a suite of reports and Business Processes that present an analytical view of the Upstream Program. The role will work closely with stakeholders, team members and other analysts to design, develop and deliver specific tools and reports that provide insight into the plan.

Please note, this is a 24 month fixed term opportunity. Although your contract will have an end date, you will enjoy the full advantages of permanent employment.
A bit about your role
In this role you will have the ability to prioritise and make decisions (within delegation limits) for the greater good of the project and maintaining a cost efficient focus.
Additional duties and responsibilities include:
- Develop, implement and enhance / automate reports that support the Governance of the Upstream Program.
- Work with all levels of stakeholders to define and document business processes, Lead process walkthroughs/workshops to define and validate process maps with business process owners and operational staff.
- Support the preparation of the weekly suite of Program Reports for the Upstream Business.
- Other ad hoc reporting activities, as requested by the Manager or other Business stakeholders
A bit about you
To be suitable for this role, ideally we require an individual with strong analytical, conceptual & problem solving skills; with core skills in report development. The successful candidate has the ability to sift through ‘data’ to provide effective analysis and present ‘insight’ including key drivers and opportunities for focus going forward and recommended Action Plans. This role will drive innovation and seek to simplify the presentation of complex data and processes for improved outcomes across the business.
To be successful in this role, you are comfortable working in and have worked in a large scale project environment and have strong experience, preferably with telecommunications and/or construction projects. You possess the ability to work independently and flexibly with a commitment to the successful end to end completion of tasks.
