Telstra Trades Assist (TTA) is an innovative end-to-end program aiming to lift the business maturity of the trades and construction sector. With the strategy well-defined and the program in pilot, an opportunity exists for an experienced Head of Delivery/Product Manager to lead the team and take ownership of scaling the program.
This multifaceted role incorporates all aspects of Product, Program, Platform and Service Model accountabilities for the TTA program and any subsequent derivatives. With end-to-end responsibility of Platform and Service delivery, you will build and own strategic relationships with partner CIOs and the End User Community. Leading a team of five direct reports, you will drive completion of the implementation strategy and develop a future-proofed plan that is mutually beneficial to our customers, our partners and to Telstra.
With experience building software in a similarly complex organisation, you will manage development sprints involving internal and external developers, and leverage in-house product design resources. This dynamic program requires significant project management and agile experience/qualifications, ideally gained from running software development programs. Your strong commercial acumen and influencing skills will be called upon to juggle conflicting priorities and engage a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.
