Liquid Studio @ The Garden in Canberra will empower the innovation agenda for the Government & Health Innovation & Advisory Network. This space promises to bring the best of Accenture under one roof, enabling our staff and clients to reflect, reimagine and collaborate around government and health challenges across ACT and ANZ. Its more than just a physical space - it is a way of working that transforms possibility into practical application.

You will be supporting the management of The Garden that can change from a quiet project environment running a user experience research program, through to one full of multiple projects all running at the same time, and a 50 person client event with dozens of demonstrations in the course of an evening.  As part of the role you will also provide studio program management working across multiple technical projects.

You need to have worked previously in multiple creative technical environment that covers agile, startup and corporate projects. You need to be able to deal with clients and internal client account teams, including background of understanding new and emerging technologies, internal innovation agenda and day-to-day task tools. You should be able to multi-task and being able to represent The Garden and its resident innovation groups.


  • Manage The Garden schedule and all other appointments in and around the projects and events happening in the Studio.  
  • Support program management (product, project, agile) across the teams, ensuring successful communication, expectation setting and delivery.   
  • Keep on top of and manage incoming emails, internal and external requests, etc.  
  • Support bringing together pitch and tender documents, proposals and applications as required.  
  • Liaise with Liquid Studio, Fjord, other residents and all business that interacts with The Garden.  
  • In charge of and constantly reviewing supplier and partner relationships.  
  • General studio organisation, setup configuration, and project environments.


 Must have:

  • Experience of working within a creative agency, startup community, venture capitalist consulting, or similar.

Must be:

  • Clear and organised, know how to prioritise workload and manage the studio schedule.
  • Able to work on own initiative without prompt, know how to work within a high pressure environment that can require quick changes, flexible hours and occasional overtime to get things done on time.
  • Able to work on several aspects of the job outlined here at one time.
  • An excellent communicator who is used to working closely with the company director through to interns.  
  • Have a good telephone manner and excellent written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Familiar with website CMS like WordPress and campaign monitor.
  • Mac OS literate  
  • A working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite  
  • Research skills  
  • A curious mind
