A typical day for our Consultants might include:
  • Providing uniquely differentiated consulting expertise to our clients by helping them to develop and deliver world class HR transformation and talent solutions
  • Leading workshops with key stakeholders to gather in-depth insight into their current HR function capability, technologies, operating model or services
  • Meeting with colleagues and clients to design, plan and deliver fast-paced, innovative talent solutions using Accenture best practice, assets and tools
  • Working as part of large teams to support the implementation of innovative HR transformation solutions to help HR functions with their capability, operations and technology
  • Transforming, simplifying and delivering custom-built talent solutions including performance management and development
  • Adapting your style and approach for each stakeholder to enable you to be a successful subject matter expert on HR transformation and talent
  • Focusing on building your client relationships and your network across the practice
  • Supporting business development activities to help expand our practice 
You have:
  • Excellent degree results or equivalent
  • Prior external consulting experience
  • A real passion for HR, HR transformation and talent and a good understanding of the latest innovations, digital offerings and technologies
  • Experience of sharing your passion and knowledge of this area with others Experience of working in Financial Services industry and have an understanding of the key industry hot topics including those relating to HR transformation and talent
  • The drive and determination required to solve complex problems and provide solutions that help to clients to transform their HR and talent offerings
  • Experience of being part of large teams delivering HR transformation and talent implementations and experience of designing and delivering custom-built solutions  
  • A natural ability to be adaptable, flexible and extremely client focussed
  • Strong leadership skills and enjoy collaborating as part of large teams
  • Experience in delivering high quality and insightful client presentations and deliverables
  • Ability to facilitate client discussions and create consensus
  • Experience of building client relationships, networks and supporting business development activities
  •  A desire to travel and work away from home (Monday to Friday as required)
