Our Finance Team

Our large international finance practice is widely recognised for its technical and commercial expertise and its ability to deliver practical and innovative solutions.  The team have a great depth and breadth of experience in advising energy and resource companies, national and multinational corporations, national and international banks, investment banks and other financial institutions.

Our team works on complex corporate financing transactions, acquisition financing, property financing, project financing and commodity based financing transactions.  Many transactions involve a syndicate of lenders and transactions in different jurisdictions including international jurisdictions.

MinterEllison's international integration allows us to provide seamless service on multi-jurisdictional financial transactions.

Your role

A great opportunity currently exists for an experienced finance Lawyer or Associate to join our highly regarded Perth team as a result of a highly valued employee leaving. You will be working closely with Partner, Gemey Visscher, Special Counsel, Anthony Di Biase, and Senior Associate, Valerie Ong, in this exciting role.

You will experience a high degree of client contact and work directly with the senior lawyers of the team on their transactions.  You will become involved in all aspects of the transactions and have a good knowledge of those transactions as a whole.  The senior lawyers will be very focussed on training and developing you so you become a key member of the team.
