Due to recent growth, we are on the lookout for experienced IT Audit& Technology Risk contractors to join our PwC Risk Assurance team in Sydney.

These opportunities exist to provide assistance on various SpecialProject assignments for our external clients, with an initial engagement period6 months.

In thisrole, you will be responsible for providing advisory services to externalclients on IT General Controls (ITGC) fieldwork. You will also be acting as theSubject Matter Expert with regards to all topics on Information Security,Technology Risk, Governance and Compliance Management activities.

About you

To besuccessful in this role, ideally you will have:

  • Solid experience

in assurance and consulting in IT/Information Security, ideally gained

within the Financial Services sector.

  • Extensive

experience and background in in Technology Risk/Governance/Compliance and

IT General Controls.

  • Strong knowledge

in Information Security Standards and the Australian Government

Information Security Manual (ISM).

  • Experience in

managing and monitoring compliances of IT Risk Standards, Sarbanes-Oxley

Act (SOX), and all relevant regulatory requirements.

  • Solid

understanding of IT Security best practices/standards and governance

framework, such as: ISO 27000, COBIT, NIST Cyber Security, etc.

  • Relevant

industry certifications such as the following will be highly desirable:

CISSP, CISA, CISM, CRISC.

  • Excellent

communication and presentation skills.
