The Business Unit
Enterprise Services (ES) is responsible for the world leading application of technology and operations across every aspect of CommBank, from innovative product platforms for our customers to essential tools within our business. We also use technology to drive efficient and timely processing, an essential component of great customer service.
The Strategy & Operations (S&O) team drives the strategy, transformation, operations, and performance agenda for Retails & Wealth ES (RaW ES). The team provides strategic thought leadership, performance governance, and business operations functions (productivity, resilience, workforce management, and property management) across RaW ES.
In this role you will be expected to lead significant operational and transformational improvements across Retail and Wealth ES ensuring we deliver what matters at high velocity, high availability, low risk and the best value.
You will drive significant capability uplift of our people and a focus on delivery excellence across Retail & Wealth ES. You will provide thought leadership, build strong stakeholder relationships and drive the execution of the RaW ES strategy that will deliver value to the business. You will also take a Group view of integration and consistency across other lines of business.
In order to apply for this unique, challenging and highly rewarding opportunity with a high level of exposure to Senior Stakeholders, it is essential that you have worked in a similar capacity within a similar, high activity, busy and large scale operation recently.
We expect you will possess experience in Retail and Wealth processes, business and operational strategy (including execution) with the ability to interpret complex subjects and recommend simple choices with consequences. Key to your success is your experience in managing senior stakeholders and your ability to display resilience and adaptability working in a fast paced environment that demands constant improvement and a dynamic response to change. A results driven individual, you will possess the ability to navigate through ambiguity and evolve the solution with flexibility and agility to meet business needs.
