About the Role
A new permanent opening currently exists in our Global Education team, based in Melbourne. This role is primarily responsible for writing and designing educational content which is consumed by prospective and existing Xero Accounting and Bookkeeping Partners and small business users.
The role will involve researching and writing educational materials for training on Xero and Xero-add-ons for accounting/bookkeeping partners and SMBs using a range of learning methods, including screencasting and audio narration, written materials and storyboarding for interactive exercises

- Research and write educational content
- Educate partners and customers on making the most of Xero to assist them in achieving business goals
- Engage with cross-functional teams
- Prepare content for a mixture of delivery methods, including eLearning, webinars and classroom
- Engage in regular meetings with stakeholders
This role would suit a self-motivated and driven individual with previous experience in writing, designing and delivering courses. Experience in collaboration with digital production teams an advantage. Your strong project management skills are complemented with a passion for managing client and stakeholder relationships. You have good influencing skills and display creative thinking to problem solving. A familiarity with accounting/bookkeeping processes and workings of the online accounting industry will be viewed favourably.
