Working with a team of professionals in our Perth office, reporting directly to Superintendent Logistics, this role represents an ideal career development opportunity for a highly experienced Distribution Administrator. We will provide you with a passionate, professional and friendly environment, good benefits and career opportunities. You will ensure the proper execution of commercial contracts related to the sale Nickel Products for export, and inter-site product movements, with particular responsibility for SAP maintenance and document processing for Nickel West.

Ideally you will have a background in Logistics and/or supply chain. Demonstrated experience with SAP is also preferred and will be highly regarded. You will also have a strong working knowledge of Import / Export procedures, including documentation, EDNs & PRAs. As a team player, your highly developed interpersonal and verbal communication skills, together with organizational skills will lead to your success in this role. Core Responsibilities include:

  • 1SAP transactions across

supply and marketing processes

  • Scheduling and sales of

intermediate products

  • Tracking and recording site

product movements

  • Raising purchase

requisitions for the movement of product

  • Processing vendor payments
  • Month end SAP processing of

sales and product movements

This role regularly liaises with many stakeholders, some of which include:

  • Land Logistics Contract

  • Finance and Commercial Teams
  • Internal & External


  • Site Production

You will demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills, strong attention to detail and focus for safety.
