The Private Clients Tax team help bring this to life by building trusted relationships with the owners of private business, supporting them in decision making, wealth generation and income tax compliance. Our clients are diverse and range from large privately owned trading businesses with international operations to multi-generational family businesses with significant investments. Our clients regularly ask us to provide tax advice on M&A transactions, restructures, expansion plans, exits and succession planning initiatives.
As a Senior Manager/ Director you will make an impact here by building relationships with clients, managing projects, coaching junior team members and delivering high quality outputs. This role has the capacity for the discerning candidate to be considered for Partner admission in due course by demonstrating the attributes of a Partner.
