We work in partnership with our internal business units, project delivery teams and key business stakeholders to engage, educate, excite, enable and embed change whilst always looking to evolve our capability as a team.

The Role:

The primary objective of the Organisational Change Manager is to lead the change management delivery to understand and manage the impact and implementation of a project or a program.  Accountable for all business change management activities across a project/programme including engaging specialist resources to formulate bespoke change strategies and drive the implementation of relevant change interventions. You will plan and execute specialist Change Management advice and coaching to other project teams, whilst educating change champions to increase the network of the change community.  Specifically, the OCM:
