In a nutshell, your role exists to optimise the online customer journey and experience across CommBank and NetBank. You deliver a seamless digital experience and make it easier for our business customers to interact online. How will you do this? By identifying breakpoints in our customer’s experience, and our business processes, driving solutions to increase conversion.
