The opportunity
We have an exciting opportunity for a Vehicle Identification Officer (VIN) Data Integrity Officer to be a part of our Compliance and Regulatory Services Division within Roads and Maritime Services. This position plays a key role in ensuring the integrity of the Vehicle Identification inspection Unit by accurate and efficient computer processing.

Reporting to the Vehicle Identification Team Leader you will be responsible for the processing of Vehicle Identification number applications, responding to VIN enquiries from Service NSW and other transport jurisdictions and motor dealers as well as investigating and resolving vehicle identification number issues regarding vehicle registration. 

To be successful in this role you will have; 

• Demonstrated ability to investigate and solve complex issues working in a high volume and fast paced environment 
• Demonstrated experience in the use and maintenance of information management systems and database software, including experience in entering high volume data with a high degree of accuracy within tight time frames.

Remuneration package: RMS USS Grade 6 ($79,371 – 84,456), plus employer's contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading.
