Customer Experience & Retail Strategy (CERS) provides strategic direction and insights to the Retail Bank, designs and delivers new capabilities and assets for the Group to enable us to better meet the needs, and drive a superior customer experience.
The Group Opportunity Services (GOS) team is the Business Owner for Opportunity Management, Financial Health Check, Business Review and Appointment Booking across the Group. As part of the Customer Platform, our role is to provide primary business engagement and support to the frontline teams using the tools for both existing and new capabilities.
About the Opportunity
The primary purpose of this role is to develop, manage and support the BI, reporting and analytics insights for Opportunity Management (OM), Financial Health Check (FHC) and Business review (BR) teams. Use proactive insights to, (1) identify previously unknown or (2) prove/disprove perceived behavioural traits, impacting the use and embedment of OM, FHC and BR delivering state of the art solutions for the front line, empowering them to continually improve the way in which they run their respective businesses
