  • Citi Treasury and Trade Solutions (TTS) offers a broad range of cash management and trade services. Our global platform is unique in the industry for its reach, interoperability and flexibility. It provides clients with timely, accurate information and dynamic, web-based tools to effectively manage their securities portfolios, financial positions, working capital and supply chain around the world. Combined with a worldwide network of dedicated and experienced transaction services professionals, TTS is well-suited to serve clients anywhere they do business

Position Summary and Objectives:

  • This is a high profile Product Management role, reporting to Head of Payables & Receivables with a core responsibility for delivering on the on-going expansion of the Cross Border payments, collections and Global Clearing portfolio for both Australia & New Zealand clients
  • Within this role, there will be ownership for the largest P&L within the Core Cash portfolio and responsibility for its Product development and enhancement. You will work closely with local stakeholders including but not limited to Operations, Technology, Relationship Managers, Sales, Legal, Compliance and Regional/Global product colleagues as well as visit clients, providing industry updates and thought leadership

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define the Product value proposition and set Product strategy and direction
  • Achieve financial goals of all product portfolios
  • Design solutions for clients and work as part of the deal team to drive deal closure
  • Drafting of Business Requirement Documents
  • Completion of New Product Approval requirements including presenting and obtaining approvals from all Line 2 stakeholders
  • Creation of Product Documentation related to any New Products
  • Deep knowledge of the local payment landscape, understanding competitor offerings and identify opportunities for product differentiation
  • Build strong working relationships with key internal clients and stakeholders

Qualifications

Undergraduate degree in Finance or Economics or other commercial disciplines

Knowledge/Experience/Skills:

  • 7+ years in Financial Services
  • In-depth knowledge of Payables and Receivables products, industry and target clients
  • Strong marketing and selling skills & customer service orientation
  • Experience in a large, multi-national financial services firm and matrix organizational structure preferred
  • Demonstrated leadership success
  • Strong risk mindset
  • Project Management background

Salary Range: $150,000 - $160,000 AUD
