Reporting to the Overburden A&I Superintendent, the Specialist will be involved in the portfolio of the contracts across Overburden Department. The candidate will conduct regular CMS audits in field and engage with the Contractors on safety every day through BHP Field Leadership program. This role requires to facilitate regular meeting with contractors on their safety and production performance along with reviewing and issuing their monthly meeting.

Contractor Management Register and ensure updated Contract
Management Checklists (CMS) are received and recorded
- Regular CMS audits in
- Conduct Layered Audits
on CMS compliance
- Spend time in the field
to engage with the Contractors and people every day on safety to implement
BHP Field Leadership program.
- Coordinate with all
Contractors to issue monthly performance reports as per BMA template
You will be able to demonstrate where you have extensively delivered productivity gains, cost savings and accelerated rapid change. Experience in Financial Analysis and relevant Tertiary Qualifications will be highly regarded although not essential.
